Design Adaptation to YOUR Project

While the plan and facade packages are pre-designed, you have the option to make MINOR adjustments to suit your brief. This can be colours, materials and finishes to the facade or a simple re-arrangement of spaces within the allowable building envelope.

Customisation & Personalisation

While the designs are pre-made, you have the option to make specific customisations.

Site Assessment & Preparation

We begin with a site evaluation to ensure the design fits the land’s topography and planning requirements. This will require your site survey and any other necessary documents and/or reports.

Project Documentation

Once the design is finalised, we will prepare all necessary documentation. These plans will be ready to share with your Consultants e.g. Engineers etc.

Project Delivery

After all the plans and documents are finalised, you will receive a comprehensive project package, ready to be sent to a Building Certifier for the approval process.

Approvals

Once a certifier has been selected and engaged, Dezcon can liason with the required consultants in order to obtain building approval.
