/ Pre-design
We will work together to determine what you can build in accordance with the development codes. We can provide a planning summary to ensure the desired project can be successfully achieved.

/ Concept
The concept design will begin with ideas and one or more layouts which will address the client brief. Upon approval of the concept design, a meeting is held where final ideas, decisions and amendments are made.

/ Certificates
Once approval has been obtained, Construction documents are required. We will organise and obtain structural plans and detailing, stormwater plans and any other required documentation which may be site specific.

/ Site Offer
We offer a Construction or Project management service with an in house builder/project manager with extensive knowledge and experience. Client/builder transparency especially with costs and timelines.
