Project ALICE marked the beginning of our Curved Series — a bold move that pushed design boundaries and set the tone for Dezcon’s future design direction. This home was more than a custom build — it was a design statement, introducing sculpted forms, soft curves, and innovative detailing that redefined what contemporary residential design could look like.
By combining a coastal aesthetic with Mediterranean influence, this project set a new benchmark — influencing our studio’s evolving design language and establishing a new standard for future builds.
