This stage involves preparing detailed drawings for authority submission, ensuring compliance with relevant planning controls. Additionally, we will coordinate documentation from third-party consultants, prepare authority reports, and compile all supporting documents required for submission.

Submission / Determination Stage
The final stage of the approvalprocess encompassessubmitting the prepareddocumentation to the relevantapproving authority. We will also manage and respond to any requests for additional information from the Certifier or Council to facilitate the approval process.

Interior Design
Following the approval of the project, and if included within the client’s scope, we will commence the interior design phase. This stage focuses on curating and detailing the interior spaces,ensuring they align with the overall vision and functional requirements of the project.
